Ran got some extra food for Same and went back to her house. She went to the refrigerator to get a bottle of honey and a cup and went up to her room. She locked her room door. She put the food aside and went to her work desk and opened a very thick book. She then took a notebook and started to write in it. 'Uhhh....' Same woke up. 'Where am I?' 'You're in my room.' Ran replied from her desk. 'How did i get here?' 'You got severely injured during training, so me and my brother carried you here.' Same paused for a moment 'Ohhh i remember, i got shot dead right from the beginning of the training. How long i been asleep?' 'About 6 hours.' 'Wow! okay. so what are you doing?' 'Some sniper maths.' 'Gotta be hard being a spotter eh?' 'Well frankly i like maths, so it no proble...' Same's stomach suddenly let out a very menacing growl that interrupted Ran's sentence. 'Sorry about that.' Ran closed her books, went and got the food for Same. It was some rice and a drumstick. 'Eat up.'
Same was chowing down on the drumstick on the bed with a chair as a table. Ran was lying on the bed with Same's back faced at her. 'So about your girl.... Regna as i recall.' Same stopped for a while and went back to what he was doing. 'Are you sure that you're not bothered 'bout it?' Same ignored her. After two minutes, Same finished his dinner, he took a tissue from the bedside tissue box and wiped off. He turned to Ran. 'Well actually i am a lil bothered, is there a problem to you?' 'Yes.' Same was suprised. 'After she left you, you changed.' Ran said. 'Well why wouldn't I? She like the best girl i've ever met and who knew she just a bitch who was supposedly executed by the emperor??!!' Same realized that he raised his voice. 'I'm sorry for yelling at you.' Ran got up to her knees and geve Same a right hook. 'Owww that hurt! Why the hell did you do that!?' 'Wake up from your dream, she is no more, she's just using you.' Ran started to take off her clothes. 'C'mon i'm not in a mood for that.' She took the bottle of honey from her bedside and poured it into the cup. 'I like to drink honey with my clothes off.' She then drank the saturated honey intentionally spilling it on her body. The drops of honey slowly streamed over her cherry pink nipples to her lower body. She then kissed Same. 'Why not come with me on a journey that you would never regret.'

Chapter 25 ~ 15th September 2010
'Same! Same! wake up!!!' Annix was in Same's room. 'When i was out at the shopping district, i saw there were wanted posters of us!' Same shot up, 'Lets move! whats the time now?' 'Its 7:30a.m.' 'Okay, everyone quickly change into a hoodie! if no hoodies then beanies, hat or bandannas will do fine, as long as it covers your face!' 'Everyone is outside waiting, they're already wearing those.' 'Okay.' Same moves to the drawer and saw a bandanna, he took it and tied it until it covered his eyebrows.
They went downstairs. 'Something smells here.' 'I guess we didn't bury Lexis deep enough' 'Well at least one nuisance is gone for good.' Same ran to the door and saw everyone and an unknown figure. 'Who are you?' The guy in the trench coat, hat, a pair of sunglasses and a thick scarf spoke in a robotic tone. 'It me Usyair, i'm escorting you guys to HQ through unknown shortcut that not many people pass through.' Leong and the others put on their jackets and hats. 'By the way i'm using a voice changer, that's why my voice sound so robotic, now follow me.'
They went through a series of back alleys. The homeless and beggars were staring at them as they pass by. 'Oh were here already.' Usyair said. 'But is a dead end.' Yaru said. 'Thats where you're wrong lil miss.' Usyair walked to the dead end and turned right and he disappeared. 'Oh i see whats happneing. There's actually a small pass that we can pass through at the right, its only the buildings configuration distorts our view and make's it look like a dead end.' Said Leong 'Yeah yeah Einstein, move it!' Usyair said. They Kept walking until they saw the entrance way of the HQ. Usyair opened it and motioned everyone to get in quick. He then got in himself and closed the entrance.
They were walking to the first security door. 'Yo Same...' Usyair called 'Yeah?' 'Sorry 'bout your girl man.' Same chuckled 'Yeah i didn't see it comin' too, but i'm okay now.' 'Good to hear it.'. Usyair typed in the passcode, and went through the first door. Usyair removed his shades, scarf and hat. 'Foooo! its really hot under all those.'. 'Usyair is a badass mothafucker' The second security door opened with a few giggles from Yaru and Annix.

'I heard what happened from Usyair yesterday, is it bothering you? you can stop if you want.' 'Nah i can still go for a few more rounds' 'But just now you got shot by a machine gun for about 50 times, doesn't that hurt?' 'I CAN STILL GO!' Ran was startled and sidestepped away from Same. 'Sorry about that.' Ran ignored Same and went back to the control board. 'I'm starting' She kicked up the difficulty level to 20 and the enemy count to 80. She pressed enter and almost immediately Same was pommeled by the enemy and lost. Due to the extreme pain caused by the suit, Same fainted.

Chapter 24 ~ 8th September 2010
During dinner prepared by the housewives in the residential area. 'Everyone! Can i have your attention please!' Usyair stood up. 'We have two new and very valuable members that have joined our cause! As some people have noticed, these two sitting opposite of me are the new recruits! Would you like to introduce yourselves?' Same ans Leong stood up. 'Yo, the name's Same, came to help the cause. Nice to meet you guys!' Some of the residents nodded in acknowledgement. 'My name is Leong, and nice you meet you guys...' Leong and Same sat down. 'I would like to add' Usyair cleared his throat. 'They are the people from the past that the dead oracle prophesied, the ones that are going to kill the emperor!' Ran immediately look over to Same. Usyair raised up his wine cup. 'A toast! To the new recruits!' everyone raised their drinking cups. 'You didn't tell me you were from the past?' Ran asked Same. 'Well you didn't ask.' Same said jokingly. 'Wow cool...'
People were sitting on the floor of the cafeteria after their dinner. They were all gathered around Same and Leong, all asking questions. 'So how was the past like' one resident asked. 'Well, its something a little better than this in terms of politics, just a little and out technology is much much worse than it is now' Leong answered. 'Hey you have a girlfriend?' a resident asked Leong. 'I'm said to say that i'm single and not available and will not be available as long as i'm alive.' 'Awwww... How cruel.' The resident went away. Phea came in 'Ussy, i closed the shop, i see they're getting along well with the people here.' 'Yeah.'
'Awww you guys have to leave now?' Ran was dissapointed. 'Don't worry, we'll come back tomorow for more shooting training' Same said. 'I'll be waiting!'
Same and Leong was walking back to the house and they saw the house door is open. Same went in first. 'Leong, you gotta look at this.' Leong went in and saw Lexis lying on the floor with his mouth open and his eyes flipped. 'Oh my god is he dead!' 'Damn! Regna!' He ran to the living room and saw Annix and Yaru unconscious on the floor. Same took Annix's head on his lap 'Are you okay Annix!' 'Same...' 'What happened here?' 'The Masquerade Echo came...' 'Leong get some water!' 'Is Yaru okay?' 'I'll go check' Same took a pillow from the couch and put Annix's head on it. Leong took a glass of water and fed it to Annix. Same checked for Yaru's pulse. 'She's okay.' 'Thank god...'
Annix is able to sit straight now. 'Where's Regna?' 'She got taken by the Masquerade Echo.' 'Who are the Masquerade Echo?' 'They're the elites of the elite, i thought they're existence was only a rumour' Loeng's comm device rang. 'This is Leong speaking.' 'Its Usyair! Turn on the news now!' Leong went to on the television, it was already on the news. 'This just in, the oracle that is rumored to be dead is back to the side of the emperor. We have our one and only Wei live in the palace, to you Wei.' 'Yes its is astonishing that the oracle that was executed is alive and well. Rumors say that the oracle lived with the people from the past she predicted that is going to kill the emperor.' The crowd behind the new anchor suddenly silenced, the news anchor looked back and saw the oracle, dressed in a ceremonial robe, her face heavily powdered and wearing a very heavy looking headdress. Same saw the oracle and his gut told him that it was Regna but she was hard to recognize until she spoke. 'My people! I am back and i have lived with the assassins the past few weeks! Now i have information about the rebellion movement that is happening underground! I will not disclose the information to anyone but the emperor and ask his opinion on things!' then she went back into the palace. 'Well there you have it, and now the oracle has revealed the faces of the two assassins' Same turned off the television. 'Its her voice...' 'I'm so sorry Same...' Annix comforted Same. 'I'm going to sleep' Same went upstairs. Annix followed Same but she stopped and saw Lexis's body.
'Looks like he died on the cause of choking on a rubber slug the Masquerade Echo used.' Annix took out a pair of forceps from a nearby drawer and inserted it into Lexis's mouth and pulled out a rubber slug that is three centimeters in diameter. 'Looks like riot guns can kill when you hit the right place.'

Chapter 23 ~ 6th September 2010 [complete]
Ran was helping Same up in the simulation room. 'I thought you said this was a simulation?' 'Errr, well the suit you're wearing is wired with shock pads so whenever you get shot, the place you got shot will activate the shock pad there and get shocked.' 'They even have one in the groin area!?' 'Well yes.' 'Damn its numb...' 'Want me to help you with that?' 'Uhh.. Never mind' They were out of the simulation room and in the control room. 'Alright you ready Leong?' asked Lun. 'Yeah you can start now.'
'Well Leong, your level is almost the same as Same. Its just Same ate one in the wrong place' Leong came out grasping his head. 'Damn headshots hurt!' 'Now you guys can leave and free to roam around.' said Ran. Same and Leong walked out of the door. 'We'll meet at the cafeteria later!' Shouted Ran.
'So wanna just walk separately?' suggested Leong. 'Okay.' Then they walked their separate ways. Same was approaching the residential area that looks like a slum.

A plate of food slide through the small opening at the bottom of the door. A badly bruised Naix just sat there staring at the food. 'I wonder what are they going to do with me, whats to gain from keeping me alive?' she thought to herself.

There is a long table in the middle of the cafeteria and some stray chairs around the table. Eagle, Usyair and some residents are already there. 'Hey, your comm devices are ready!.' Usyair stood up from his seat and walked toward Same and Leong. He handed them their respective comm device.'There's a universal jack at the top right of the device, you can use it to jack in to either download or check info. These comm devices motherboards were normal, but now its been hacked by our hackers. It contains a unique pattern or some sort for each of yall. i'm not the techie here.' Usyair walked back to his seat, Leong and Same sat opposite of Usyair. 'Oh and i almost forgot, just say our names and you can call us, like if you wanna call Tank just say Tank to your phone and it will connect you to Tank's device. You remember that monocle that comes with the amour? You connect you comm device to that, you can have conversations with your minds. That means, you think of Leong, then the device will connect you to his device and you just have to think what you want to say to him and its transmitted. it feels just like you're talking without moving your mouth.'
Skin and Fats come in with some other residents. 'I dunno what are the housewives gonna cook for today, hope is something good...' said Fats. 'All you think about is eat eat eat! is there nothing else?' 'Well i can see that how much you eat, you cant get a normal weight instead of underweight! hahaha!' 'Atleast is better than you, overweighted pig!' 'What did you say?' Fats picked up Skin by the collar. 'OKAY GUYS! ENOUGH! you guys go through this everyday, aren't you ashamed of yourselves? You guys are hackers for god sakes!' One female resident stopped them. They approach the seat without making a noise, like little kids who got scolded by their parents.
20 minutes later, Ran and Lun came in 'SAAAAAAAME!!!!!' Ran is running towards Same at full speed and hugged him from his back. 'I miss you! Do you miss me?' 'Ooookay, sure. I have a girlfriend.' Ran frowned. 'You are no fun, but can i sit beside you?' 'Yeah sure' Her face lighted up and went to the seat beside Same. Lun approached Same 'It looks like my sister is fond of you, you gotta be careful cause she a handful' 'I heard that!'

Chapter 22 ~ 5th September 2010

The first thing Same saw then he went down the ladder was a few lots of buildings. There were kids running around on the pavement. 'This layer is least affected by radiation, so its the residential area for people who got their houses destroyed in the war or got kicked out by the imperial police in the inner ring.' Three kids heard Usyair's voice and quickly ran towards him. 'Uncle Ussy!!!' one shouted. 'You got the stuffs today?' the other one. 'Shhh! after our mommys will hear us.' 'Yeah yeah, they're right here.' Usyair took out a small bag from his coat and gave it to one of the kid. The kid took out the contents inside, it was candy. 'Thanks uncle Ussy!' Then he ran off. 'Hey don't hog it all!' the other two follow. 'Well we got that taken care of, i'll let you guys meet the governor of this area.' Same followed. 'What significant position do you hold in the rebellion?' Leong asked. 'Oh, i'm the foreign relations also head of the rebellion.' Leong nodded.
The first house on the third block is the governor's house. Usyair knocked on the door 'Eagle, its me.'. A moment later the door opened, it was a middle aged woman with short hair in a black T-shirt and shorts. 'Boys, this is the governor of the residential area, Miss Hantus.' Same and Leong shook hands with Hantus 'No need to be so formal with me, you guys can just call me Eagle.' Then she turned her head, showing a feather pinned and tucked in her hair 'Well this is my late pet Eagle's feather, well come in for some tea.'. Usyair, Leong and Same sat down on the couch. Eagle served tea and then sat down herself. 'Eagle is a citizen in Latin America, which is now named Area 32, she got drafted here as a military nurse during the war.' 'I was helping the Empire at that time.' 'Then why did you come to the rebellion?' Same asked? 'Well, a lot of of things happened, discrimination of non-lamists people helping the cause and all that stuff.' 'Oh okay.' 'In the residential area, there's a cafeteria, a gym and a shooting range.You guys can use those facilities freely.' She then stood up and looked out of the window. 'People here never get to see the sunlight, though they come out to the surface sometimes to buy essentials. So i hope that you guys can liberate these people from a life of living underground.' 'We will.' said Leong. 'So lets bring you guys for a tour of the whole residential area.' Everyone stood up and followed Eagle out.
Usyair went up to check on Fats and Skin. 'So this here building is the cafeteria.' Eagle pointed to a small house. 'It works like a restaurant on the surface,then only difference is its underground and it is not high tech.' They keep walking down the street, they see a big building with a sign writing "Gymnasium" 'Well, as you can see this is the gym. People who are not slackers in the rebellion come here and train.' Now they walk to the building down at the corner. Gunshots can be heard from the outside. 'This is obviously the shooting range, home to our best shooters the twins. Lets go in.' Eagle opened the door and they see four doors. Eagle opened the door on the right. In there, two guys are in there shooting at targets with pistols. 'Ran! Lun!' Eagle shouted. They took off their ear protection and looked to Eagle's direction. 'We got two new recruits., Same and Leong.' The one with a blonde mullet walked to Same and Leong and reached his hand out to shake hands 'The name's Lun, Gunman.' The other one with short blonde hair came 'This here's my sister Ran, Gunman and Spotter' 'Nice to meet you!' Her cheerful voice came out and greeted Same and Leong. 'I know i look like a boy in these clothes, hair and chest size but these are the attributes that makes me nimble you know?' 'But you look good to me' said Same 'Thanks! and now to business. What firearms do you two specialize in?' 'Hey, i'm gonna leave now, remember to be at the cafeteria when it dinner time, you will have free time to wander around after this.' Same was in an empty room full of space. 'This is a virtual simulation, please put on the helmet over there and strap it on tight.' Same took the helmet on the floor and put it on. 'Now, you have limited bullets and in urban territory with assailants everywhere. You will get hurt if you get shot by the assailants, if the shots hit vital organs or shot you many times, you're out!' Same nodded. 'Good luck Same!' Then followed by a kissing sound.
The first thing Same saw then he went down the ladder was a few lots of buildings. There were kids running around on the pavement. 'This layer is least affected by radiation, so its the residential area for people who got their houses destroyed in the war or got kicked out by the imperial police in the inner ring.' Three kids heard Usyair's voice and quickly ran towards him. 'Uncle Ussy!!!' one shouted. 'You got the stuffs today?' the other one. 'Shhh! after our mommys will hear us.' 'Yeah yeah, they're right here.' Usyair took out a small bag from his coat and gave it to one of the kid. The kid took out the contents inside, it was candy. 'Thanks uncle Ussy!' Then he ran off. 'Hey don't hog it all!' the other two follow. 'Well we got that taken care of, i'll let you guys meet the governor of this area.' Same followed. 'What significant position do you hold in the rebellion?' Leong asked. 'Oh, i'm the foreign relations also head of the rebellion.' Leong nodded.

A moment later the door opened, it was a middle aged woman with short hair in a black T-shirt and shorts. 'Boys, this is the governor of the residential area, Miss Hantus.' Same and Leong shook hands with Hantus 'No need to be so formal with me, you guys can just call me Eagle.' Then she turned her head, showing a feather pinned and tucked in her hair 'Well this is my late pet Eagle's feather, well come in for some tea.'. Usyair, Leong and Same sat down on the couch. Eagle served tea and then sat down herself. 'Eagle is a citizen in Latin America, which is now named Area 32, she got drafted here as a military nurse during the war.' 'I was helping the Empire at that time.' 'Then why did you come to the rebellion?' Same asked? 'Well, a lot of of things happened, discrimination of non-lamists people helping the cause and all that stuff.' 'Oh okay.' 'In the residential area, there's a cafeteria, a gym and a shooting range.You guys can use those facilities freely.' She then stood up and looked out of the window. 'People here never get to see the sunlight, though they come out to the surface sometimes to buy essentials. So i hope that you guys can liberate these people from a life of living underground.' 'We will.' said Leong. 'So lets bring you guys for a tour of the whole residential area.' Everyone stood up and followed Eagle out.
Usyair went up to check on Fats and Skin. 'So this here building is the cafeteria.' Eagle pointed to a small house. 'It works like a restaurant on the surface,then only difference is its underground and it is not high tech.' They keep walking down the street, they see a big building with a sign writing "Gymnasium" 'Well, as you can see this is the gym. People who are not slackers in the rebellion come here and train.' Now they walk to the building down at the corner. Gunshots can be heard from the outside. 'This is obviously the shooting range, home to our best shooters the twins. Lets go in.' Eagle opened the door and they see four doors. Eagle opened the door on the right. In there, two guys are in there shooting at targets with pistols. 'Ran! Lun!' Eagle shouted. They took off their ear protection and looked to Eagle's direction. 'We got two new recruits., Same and Leong.' The one with a blonde mullet walked to Same and Leong and reached his hand out to shake hands 'The name's Lun, Gunman.' The other one with short blonde hair came 'This here's my sister Ran, Gunman and Spotter' 'Nice to meet you!' Her cheerful voice came out and greeted Same and Leong. 'I know i look like a boy in these clothes, hair and chest size but these are the attributes that makes me nimble you know?' 'But you look good to me' said Same 'Thanks! and now to business. What firearms do you two specialize in?' 'Hey, i'm gonna leave now, remember to be at the cafeteria when it dinner time, you will have free time to wander around after this.'
